    The reason they gave for the tracking of their employees private communications and location even when not at work is “health and safety reasons”.

    “This is for your protection” seems to be the go-to corporate bad faith argument these days.

      Apple holds Wellness Challenges. You group up into teams to compete to meet your own wellness goals. It’s completely voluntary.

      The only restrictions on speech are standard internal conduct requirements and agreement to keep Apple internal information confidential according to the Intellectual Property agreement.
