It is back to being more responsive after calling tech support and waiting to get help so that I could learn that I needed to redownload the original firmware and reflash it back to factory default.

I’m not in the market for a TV because the one I bought 6 years ago is still running fine and wonderful but…
I allowed it to do a firmware update and that almost completely destroyed the television.
It became so slow you could press a button and go fuck your wife and come back before the change actually happened on screen.
Due to that I have already decided to not purchase any Vizio TV ever again.

I connected one of my Vizio tvs to the internet once, it was painful to use. So I disconnected it and used my old Roku box. Works great.
I have 3 at work, and two at home. All do not use the smart features.
