Millions? 45,000 yearly deaths in the US are linked to lack of health care in it’s entirety, I find it hard to believe the number of deaths from claim denials is millions. Don’t get me wrong, the guy has a lot of blood on his hands and is responsible for an incomprehensible amount of suffering and can go burn in hell, but let’s not get tooooo crazy here.
