Can you post the group name here? Reports to Facebook should be fair game, since they are vetted rather than auto-takedowns.

basically, the idea behind modern sex education is about empowering children with knowledge about their bodies and boundaries, which is supposed to make it harder for others to exploit and manipulate them
I doubt they care if the child understands or not, but even if the child does understand, children that have not been taught what to do will still tend to hide it and blame themselves.
These are gross laws, but the way these people speak is deranged. WTF.
