For instance, you can go to chrome://browser/content/places/places.xhtml in a browser tab to see the bookmarks and history manager. That link opens the bookmarks, I wonder if there’s a URL that opens the history manager directly instead.
Drop places.xhtml from the URL (leaving the rest) and it’ll show you the directory view. You can navigate around there. Keep in mind that clicking a xhtml will fail to render, you need to manually type the chrome:// path for whatever you want to poke at.
You can also type: about:about into the address bar to see the various about pages like about:processes

I don’t think there a way to open the library to history section via address. Library window history and bookmarks section are the same document, and the buttons that open open library window to history view do it by opening the window with extra window arguments - which you cannot do by simply changing the url.
A possible other option to show history would be to open Firefox view to history section.
