The max pheromone thing has been around for many years. Napoleon had a thing about it too. Coming back from one campaign, he wrote to Josephine saying that he’d be there in a couple of weeks, and please don’t wash.
The real max pheromone technique apparently is to wash/shower with water only, but not to use soap. The soap removes the pheromones, but plain water doesn’t - even hot water. So it’s possible to be clean but also to do the pheromone thing if that’s your jam. Not washing at all just ain’t it - totally disgusting imo.

Why am I not surprised something like that is coming out of Tik Tok. I swear that thing is malicious misinformation at this point
