BART police released body camera video of a confrontation in the parking lot of the Union City Station where an officer fired at a woman as she drove off while officers tried to get her out of the car.
KTVU learned through court records that Gao was charged last year with criminal threats and swinging a metal police at a neighbor in Union City. She was also charged with vandalism for allegedly defacing a box truck and smearing feces on it, also in Union City. Both those cases are pending.
Before that, she was arrested twice on suspicion of domestic violence after her boyfriend said she hit him with nunchucks and a glass cup, causing head injuries. Those cases were dismissed when he declined to cooperate.
Man, nunchucks only were re-legalized in California – which has a whole bunch of laws against Asian martial arts weapons – relatively recently.

Yeah, looks like it was in 2021.
She sure did didn’t waste any time picking some up.
