An electric scooter IED wasn’t on my bingo card.
I am not sure if was actually in the scooter, the battery compartment seems intact, the handle is missing though. So if it was the scooter, the IED must have been in there. I’d wager it was actually the gutter that housed the IED
That was a very impressive blast for that size of a package.
It could have been buried in the snow. The Ice could make for some serious shrapnel.
The ice probably would have been vaporized.
