In my search for confirming the robot house wasn’t a fever dream, I did come across the actually description on the Spongebob wiki “The house’s exterior styling is reminiscent of a “Moai,” giant statues found on Easter Island, Chile”
I believe squidward’s house is an Easter Island head or Moai.
