This is very exciting! The NSMB games never gelled with me, but this looks like it could be a very fun take. I really hope they’re not going to overdo the voice blurbs though, because just from the trailer, I already want the ability to toggle those off.

This is what I was thinking. It just seems… WEIRD. In the best way possible. It just all feels a little bizarro compared to what we normally see from the series.
Exciting. Really well made trailer too, I’ve watched it like 3 times since yesterday and I’m loving it. The music is chef’s kiss. I find it funny how all those people used to say a new 2D Mario couldn’t happen because “everything can be done in Mario Maker” and then Nintendo just blows our minds like this.
I wish it had an online co-op like Mario Maker 2 did. My family loved playing Mario together, but we’re spread across the country.
