    I mean, I guess it is indirectly the customers fault but the store hotel owner is the one that’s making the explicit decision. Don’t hate the player, hate the game, etc.

    Edit: that does really suck though

      Stops at the hotel after a long, troubled, trip. Exchanges pleasantries at the front desk, attepts to express empathy, etc. Fails undeservingly.
