The cake I did for Christmas.
Biscuit cuillère, mascarpone cream, chocolate ganache and coffee insert.
I’ll be right over.
Wooow amazing! That looks delicious and beautiful at the same time
Is that like a single giant lady finger?
I’d love a single giant lady to finger…
What were we talking about again?
I thought those were Gardetto’s rye chips at first glance
Did you follow a recipe? It looks amazing!
Kind of. I had one but ended up doing it my own way!
Would love a recipe if you’re up for sharing
Sorry I didn’t write down what I changed. But that is more or less the one you can find here https://cookiegourmande.weebly.com/recettes-sucreacutees/buche-fuji-ramisu-de-christophe-felder (sorry that is in French :)
Thank you!
That looks amazing. How did you shape it so well?
That is easy. Just use somethibg like this:
I thought they only used those on baking shows
So pretty. How was it?
Nice. I was afraid the coffee taste would be too strong but it was perfect. And not too sweet so perfect after the heavy dinner!
I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Stronge coffee taste in my desserts
Looks delicious for sure.
That looks amazing! Unfortunately, it has triggered my PTSD of loss of chocolate wafers that I thought was only going to get triggered by seeing zebra cakes in the summer
