X resisted handing over Trump's info — the judge accused Elon Musk of trying to 'cozy up' to the former president.

Judge - “Are you trying to cozy up with Trump?”

I feel it for the paralegal that has to read the early drafts of “Covfefe” eight hours a day.

Maybe a former employee can comment on their backup and retention policy.

omg what could have been so questionable that he wrote a draft but didn’t tweet it?

Multiple people shared the account and communicated by making draft messages. And apparently notable things were said/left as draft.

That makes way more sense than the hypothesis that Trump has a filter

How the f did Elon manage to resist this even for a little bit. That shit is like prosecution 101, this makes Elon look so much worse than he did, and it makes Twitter look incredibly unreliable.

There is something that should blow up in the media.

Dude this is not news at all. It was pretty clear that elon’s goal with Twitter, I mean x, was to replatform fascists to gain some sort of standing with the conservative party. He’s been an on an anti-liberal crusade for some time now.
