Tldr: 4k30 on PS5. No upgraded textures. Textures, map, and UI are all still 720p. New frame pacing issue in some cutscenes is introduced that isn’t an issue in other versions (aka judder).
Main upgrades are 4k, locked 30 fps, FSR2, and improved shadows.
IF they put a ton of time into de-spaghettifying the alleged horrible original code, I can see why they would want to put this out in its current state, but I wont be buying it until at least 4k60 support on console or at least a PC release, where modders will do all the upgrades they refuse to do.

Wow what a sad port. All those years and still not freed from its 3p fps prison for official release.

I have an OLED, and 30fps is horrible on OLEDs. So this is a definite no.
Especially without any form of motion blur :(
