      !linuxsucks moderators should be allowed to act on blanket downvoting behavior if they so choose.

      i don’t think i said anything about !vegan but they should be allowed to also, if they want.*

      *edit: okay maybe i am remembering the situation you are talking about?

      where some community was banning every user who did even one downvote, thereby exploiting lemmy’s sorting algorithm and getting all their posts to !all. that’s a different thing from dealing with blanket downvotes and fair to criticize in my opinion

        On top of that, [email protected] was on LW, who had to update their rules to ban “harmful behaviour”.

        Interestingly enough, lemm.ee doesn’t have such rule, so it’s okay for this mod to do so. [email protected] could also ban people who downvote, nobody would see that as powertripping, they do what they want on their instance.
