So I actually have that humming bird feeder and I am certain that bats roost on my house (the poop is a giveaway)

maybe I should setup a good camera and see if I can get a shot of them.

I see them as a blur sometimes in summer and fall at dusk. you hear them more than see anything. my house is 100+ years old and it’s a Tudor revival style with some good peaks above the windows. we can see their droppings on the roof, outside. it isn’t inside, the attic area is clean, so they are welcome to come and go as they please. i do have to clean their shit off the roof, every so often or the wind helps
