Prominent Republican lawmakers and conservative think tanks have proposed cuts and other harmful policy changes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) that could gain traction in Congress this year. These changes would cut food assistance across the U.S., making it harder for millions of people to buy the groceries they need to eat a healthy diet.

      Unfortunately, the people they hate and hurt will still vote for them because those people turn to their leaders (fox news, Trump, etc.) and are told that anyone left leaning is actually to blame.

      The less money wage slaves have, the easier they are to control. 6 fucking dollars to help someone get through their day and the richest country in the world says that’s too much.

      If they keep pushing people like this though, they have to choose between food or a roof over their heads–then what? Scores of homeless in a society that is increasingly hostile to them.

      This is not going to end well.
