    So one of my jobs at my company is managing out windows endpoints (it’s a mostly Mac shop where the devs are also run Linux).

    If you set up a domain and join the machine, and also install something like Firefox during imaging (with a known clean image to remove the crap) the UI is more or less like any other sane OS. You click the web and the internet opens, email/office all work.

    If you don’t have someone like me wacking all the bullshit with IT black magic? I have no idea how people function with it.

      Yep, pretty much the same story where I work as well.

      Can’t wait for the LTSC versions to come out, at least they will be crapless.
