Seeing the “pig poop balls” emoji twice was enough for me to say good riddance to the fools on Hexbear off of lemmy.ca

It’s unfortunate because I did see some interesting communities on hexbear that weren’t filled to the brim with CTH rhetoric. It seemed there was a mixed bag, some users wanting to just politely present themselves while others (a minority of users but not always minority of comments) were set on sowing chaos and cajoling Lemmy users for their own entertainment.

Every part of the internet needs a place for children to hang out I guess.

Lemmy could really use a feature where only local instance users can see/interact with certain threads.

Sometimes when I’m browsing all it’s not immediately apparent when it’s a local meta discussion thread.

I think they’re like Candyman, best not mention their name.

Hexbear seems to be getting ddos’d themselves now.
