    That was the advice of Barry Sears 30 years ago in the zone diet book. IIRC his actual advice was two hamburgers rather than the quarter pounder

      I just put the regular hamburger patty vs the 1/4lb hamburger patty into their calculator.

      They both look clean, good option! (7g protein vs 18g protein)
