Personally I feel like safety orange is a bad color for munitions/suicide vehicles but what do i know.
Weird that they’d build it in Vladivostok if they were intending to use it against Ukraine, unless maybe it can fit onto a railcar?
Ukraine has no navy? Looks like the weapon was effective!
