I am not a TikTok refugee but I like China. Anyway, since all the other US neanderthals are joining the RedNote community, I was like fuck it. Me too. I went to Beijing one summer and loved the Chinese and the city. It’s definitely not a place I’d assimilate well in but overall, the people are good and so is the food. Besides that… now I have a place to post all my shitty colorings of dogs. And I can try and learn Mandarin… on top of the Spanish and Japanese I am actively learning as well.
I want to ask what it’s like to not get to vote for federal leadership and what they think about Xi Jinping taking over permanently in 2018.
