Oof. Weak one today, and the rhyming presidents thing was a real stretch.
Of all the dumb purple stretches, this was the dumbest and stretchiest.
Ignoring my first two very wrong guesses, I did get purple #3 before blue, so it wasn’t that bad 🙂. At any other time it would have been a lot more difficult, I think.

This one is bound to ruffle some feathers. Expect the usual suspects to complain heartily about purple for sure, and quite possibly blue. I will be mildly disappointed if I don’t see at least one variation of “How am I supposed to know that?”
Purple has every right to be complained about.
I reflexively read a spoiler comment today, so I knew what the purple category was. I honestly doubt I’d have solved the puzzle otherwise, especially given
