It’ll take a month for you to notice an improvement, about three months for other people to notice.
Remember, it’s not the exercise that’s hard, the hard bit is sticking with your routine.
And it’ll take a lifetime to realize you’re not happy and never will be because you could always be in better shape
Dysmorphia ftw
The first day you lift is the day you realise that you’ll never be able to lift enough!
It’s not that you’ll never be happy, it’s that you’ll never be done. Some days that sucks and some days that’s the best part.
Push through it, giving up hurts more.
Just one more chest week bro. I promise this is the one bro. Just one more and this will be all I need bro.
just one more set bro i swear its the last set just one more and im done
Don’t forget …tomorrows chest day.
Every day it gets a little easier… But you gotta do it every day — that’s the hard part. But it does get easier.
Also, this doesn’t apply to everyone the same. I lost 40lbs, noticed literally nothing :/
I just gave up 😅Wow, that’s quite something! You may have possibly noticed other benefits though? Maybe being less short of breath, your back is less sore, maybe a lower blood pressure or cholesterol at a medical? There’s many things you can notice other than your appearance in a mirror.
40lbs is a great achievement and I hope you didn’t find it to be an absolutely pointless exercise.
I have a very strong build, but I’m also definitely overweight. I can lose or gain 25 KG, others will notice, but I won’t.
But also the exercise.
Good on you
Till
