Why did Elon Musk just say Trump wants to bring two stranded astronauts home?
An earlier return would make no sense whatsoever. The Crew-9 Dragon has already been sent up with two empty seats for Butch and Suni. They aren’t stranded, and there is no need to come back any sooner than is scheduled.
On the one hand, I bet this topic/tweet will never come up again.
On the other hand, I’m taking deep breaths as I prepare for space policy to be like this every day.
