America isn’t a country it’s a grift.
And the grifters have found their king, the biggest conman ever. He’s such a good conman he keeps scamming people even though they know he’s a conman. Or maybe everyone is just really really dumb. Yeah, I think it might be that.
People who have never had real hardship in their lives can’t possibly imagine it happening to them. People who have endured miserable hardships all their lives are desperate for any reprieve. It’s a perfect climate for what’s basically Ayn Rand circle jerk of billionaires saving us from the evils of democracy which they’ve been bankrolling since before i was alive.
He’s only able to con a specific segment of people who live in a make believe world though. Even the small number of swing voters who voted for him overwhelmingly said they knew he was a liar and conman, but needed to see blah blah blah
