    speakers are at the perfect height for the chair, tweeters right at ear level.

    that mic is going to pick up some fan noise though

      I was thinking the complete opposite for the speakers. When the desk is lowered to the sitting height for the chair, it looks like the speakers will be lower than ear level. I was actually wondering how OP likes this setup, and if it works good for them.
