    You can always sue, but in most normal countries it just gets tossed out.

        Canada isn’t the US. If Musk wants to sue Ontario, he has to do so in Ontario courts, which are obviosly not stocked with Trump supporters. Unless Ontario specifically breaks the terms of the contract, any case gets tossed.
