      I dunno, Trump seems capable of recognizing when something doesn’t play well in front of an audience. Like, the one skill he actually has is working a crowd.

      Musk insists he was always right and doubles down.

              Yeah when I wrote that word I knew it was wrong. Is there a more elegant way of saying ‘cognizant of the potential damage to his reputation if he were seen in public with one of his rank and file rednecks’?

      Decent? Nah. Better? Maybe in the sense that if I had to have one hand hit with a hammer I’d rather it be non-dominant one.
