Mai Tai from the Backyard in Santa Monica. They make it with Orgeat and light some 151 on fire to give that Carmel taste. It is a great end to the trip.

It’s 151 that’s on fire. It will burn itself out in about a minute or you can blow it out pretty easy.
Ooooh I love the flaming version so much! I make these as well, but serve them in double rocks glasses
