I was a big fan of Sarah Silverman before she dropped a huge rant about how genocide is okay because the kids would otherwise grow up to be terrorrirsts and then locked comments for a year on IG. I got my post deleted off her subreddit back then when I posted screenshots for not being relevant to her. Kinda bothered me that she said all that shit seriously and then just covered it up.
Her being friends with Jay Johnston makes sense.

Congresswoman Sarah McBride is the one that really hurts for me. First trans member of congress at a time when that kind of representation is desperately needed. She would be a ray of hope and a rare bit of uplifting news, but she has to be a fucking Zionist. Many trans spaces I’m in want nothing to do with her over it.

How about we just respect and equally support ALL minorities, or hell, ALL groups, depending on the situation?
Jews aren’t bad, Palestinians aren’t bad. Extremists are bad, whether they’re on the Palestinians or Jewish camps. Palestinians currently have more of a point to be extremist, of course, but the extremism isn’t helping anyone.
Ehhh, I don’t agree with the notion that extremists are bad. The definition of an extremist is ‘A person who advocates or resorts to measures beyond the norm, especially in politics.’ I don’t think animal rights extremists or environmental extremists are bad because I think the norm is morally reprehensible, unacceptable and unlikely to change without a pushing that norm through extremist measures.
I’m on the side of both Palestinians and Jews, extremely opposed to the side of Zionism.
