I don’t know about Germany but in many countries adoption is ridiculously hard even if you are generally a good person and have your life in order.
But yeah could also be that adoption services were like yeah nah you guys are far-right/crazy or (like the article suggests) they wanted to pass the girl as their own and tell everyone they made her themselves.
Also, I assume Germany has adoption services, so why can’t they use that? Something tells me that these people might be far-right breeders.
