    Yes, when writing a post you can enter a custom thumbnail URL. A relatively recent feature, sh.itjust.works is on 0.19.5 and I thought it was from earlier than that so try starting a post on the website and you should see it.

      Oh neat, guess I missed that.

      Edit: I basically only use Sync which is notorious for being a bit behind updates but in hopeful one is coming soon.
