It seems to be Bezos’s as well. With Amazon and Blue Origin, Bezos’s space company, competing for billions in government contracts, it makes perfect business sense for Bezos to cozy up to Musk and Trump. From a journalistic perspective, however, it’s nothing short of a disaster, one that’s playing out daily in the pages of the Washington Post.

“Even though the presidential race between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris is neck and neck, The Washington Post has decided not to make a presidential endorsement for the first time in 36 years”

Uhh yeah so it is clear that Bezos used his power to alter Wapo and then.

They have lost several Pulitzer Prize winning personalities in the aftermath to pandering to Trump and company while still trying to pretend they are left leaning.

It is time to cancel and move on. They have been compromised in the worst way possible and used by Bezos to push a new agenda. It is clear this is the beginning of the end and it is time to cancel and jump ship.

I don’t really understand why bezos would try to cozy up to musk to compete for rocket contracts. He would want to be fighting this right? Just goes to show how gutless and stupid these guys really are.

Not to detract from the message, but the formatting here is really good? Like the inline citations with clear dates and bold font wrapped in parentheses is doin’ it for me. Visceral formatting hits harder

Nothing like disingenuous criticism to make you look like an ass. There are so many things to criticize WaPo for recently, why post straight up lies? For example, this outlet claims that they buried the Musk hand gesture. By the time the article they published on 1/23 (linked as a source in this article), WaPo has numerous articles posted about the hand gesture, not “one” as this outlet claims.

Id wager there are other bogus claims here but I only bothered to investigate one.

Edit: yeah, their “bombshell” evidence links to an article that says the govt spends too much money and the pentagon needs to be reined in and we need to raise the income limit for taxes on social security. Big endorsement of Musk /s
