I freaked out in the middle of the night wondering if I should call my parents and wake them up. Then I saw the epicenter was next to Rio and I knew this was complete nonsense. Also, pretty sure its impossible to have any significant earthquake here
Anyway, it is scary how a malfunction can startle so many people out of the blue.
