This sort of reads as contradicting itself, but I think I know what you mean and would slightly rephrase it to, “They don’t want to choose.” The recommendation algorithms reduce their choice paralysis by grouping and thus narrowing the selections whereas your Plex setup may not (if you’re like me with how I have Jellyfin set up anyway).
