Well, yes, people don’t understand just how long a fucking wait it can be. Honestly I figure that joke here is the guy it’s clearly ignoring his wife and not providing entertainment.

For the record, my wife’s labors were both very short but I did in fact come prepared with entrainment for her. It actually helped quite a bit in postpartum (especially the first time, I stayed the night twice and we just hung out with our baby and taking turns taking care of her).
