In cinebench and CPU-Z the clock frequency for every core stops at 5,25 GHz and im not sure why.

I have:

• CPU VCore set to 1.275V;

• PBO and Medium Load Boostit enabled;

• CPU boost override to +200;

• Curve Optimizer set to -10 for my 2 fastest core and -15 for all the rest.

The system is stable and i’ll try to lower CO after some other tests, but i dont think it will make a big difference. Normally the cpu boost up to 5,6-5,7 GHz.

I think that the only remaining issue here is the cooling. I have a DeepCool AK400, but i’m thinking of replacing it with a thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE. Other than this, is there anything else i can check ?
