XMP causing Post into Safe Mode

Motherboard: ASUS Prime B760M-K

CPU: Intel i5-14400F

RAM: Kingston Fury Beast 2x8GB 5600MT/s KF556C40BBAK2-16 (on the motherboard QVL list)

I enable XMP 1 (or 2) in my ASUS motherboard, and the PC reboots a couple of times and goes into the Safe Mode Post screen where it then let’s me go into the BIOS and turn XMP off etc.

Any pointers as to why XMP isn’t letting me boot properly? I’m open to manually overclocking too

I’ve updated the BIOS and Intel Management

Setting the frequency down to 5200 does boot

I also tried increasing the VDD + VDDQ to 1.30V (from 1.25 in the XMP profile)
