Someone (approximately) said: if you owe $1000 to the bank, you have problems. But if you owe $1M to the bank, the bank has problems. It’s the same: if you steal ALL the books, then it’s somehow society’s fault.
I really pity artists of all kind in the near future. Their work will definitely not be compensated and we’ll lose a lot of things.

Training is transformative use.
If you write a song by pulling words out of a hat, all that matters is whether the result violates copyright. If you somehow reproduce “I’m Looking Through You,” Paul McCartney’s not gonna sue the hat. He’s gonna sue you. If the same words fall in a new order - it doesn’t matter that you snipped them out of the liner notes for Rubber Soul. There’s nothing to sue for.
