If the goal is to terrify the CEOs into compliance or get them to take an early retirement package, threats and potshots will do fine. Still should consider not using email, though.

If the end goal is to thin the herd, yeah, all those points matter.
If the goal is to terrify the CEOs into compliance or get them to take an early retirement package, threats and potshots will do fine.
Still should consider not using email, though.
