It’s like a netflix subscription, except the BBC has a history of making actually good content. Having said that, I don’t watch TV anymore. Just streaming. I kinda wish there was a way to support only the radio side of it. I listen to a lot of BBC 6music.

I had to accept an EULA to install an app so I could RSVP to a wedding recently. The only mad thing is that the TV license is opt-out and they assume the entire country watches BBC 1

How else would you prove that you can drive a tv?
The upshot is ad-free TV channels and radio stations.
