If you want some advice, you can download Instagram posts via websites (or the HTML editor) which will allow them to be in the original quality (and not have e.g. the 1/10).
You can also use Instander which will let you download straight in the app
This one seems easier so I’m gonna try it! Screencapping is so annoying
