This is such a stupid ruling. They are including that China had companies in China produce masks for them first ahead of the US. Duh. They are staffed by people there. Of course they are going to look after their own first. Why not go after companies that decided to move all of their PPE manufacturing to China instead?

This is a laughable waste of time and taxpayer money that will never be collected.
