I tried properly Cleaning the Plate as Suggested, I also Relubed the Z Axis Screws, infact I even got a Brand new Bambu Cool Plate Supertack, since I wanted something for smooth prints anyway. While with Both, the Bed Test did seem pretty much perfect, Small Localized bits of Underextrusion still Remain…
I’ve been trying to Perfect the quality of the Print you can see in the Picture above, but nothing I do seems to work. Let me show you some Close ups of the issue areas:
Seems to both Underextrude and mix the Black and White PLA Matte Together in Certain Spots. Its important to note that I did 2 Seperate Prints with all the exact same Settings on the same spot. All the issues above appear the same between the 2, with exception of this streaking:
Before Printing it did auto bed leveling both times, as well as Cleaning with detergent. It should also be noted, if I move the model to a different spot on the plate, it’ll yield different issues and sometimes non at all.
Honestly, I really don’t know what is happening here anymore. Its been just really frustrating as I’ve been trying to perfect the quality for this Print in Particular for over a month now yet nothing works…
I’ll take a stab at the colors: slicers are very good at consistent extrusion widths. They do the best they can with varying width, but rarely nail it the first time. The only thing you can really do is fiddle with print settings or change the design to have consistent width extrusions, but that will obviously impact the design. Even with consistent width extrusions you might have to fiddle with extrusion width to nail it.
As for your first layer, are you seeing different squish in different areas of your bed? If yes, are you using a bed mesh?
Grab a few of Ellis’s first layer patches, spread them around your bed, and focus on getting them all to look the same.

Are you trying to iron the top surfaces?
Yes, all Open Surfaces get Ironed
You probably need to adjust those settings. Ironing settings can be fussy and the little I’ve done in Bambu Studio shows their settings aren’t much more than a starting point.

Lemmy is being a buggy mess again. I tried to delete em, which it then says that it did delete them, even though it clearly didn’t. If I try to delete them now it says they are already deleted, but considering that you can see them means its just bugged. Gonna have to write a report about this and see if the mods can delete them
(As a mod) Sorry, it must have happened right as I went to bed. So it was the worst timing for a maximum delay. I have removed the duplicates.
I’m not sure why it happened but it probably has something to do with LW being on a very old version of Lemmy and not updating.
Yeh, I see the edits
