What’s the term… it’s on the tip of my tongue? Malicious incompetence? Knowing that you’re fucking up something, but not caring even in cases where its failure could have serious/life threatening consequences, and playing it off as a fluke, mistake, or silly misunderstanding?
I would argue that knowingly pushing out incomplete driving software does count for physically hurting people.
