XKCD would’ve had a panel for some obscure, “Glups Theorem” regarding moving objects.
That which is moving across a road is directly inversely unproportional to that which is moving along a road contrary to the axis of motivation, except when the axis of motivation is perpendicular to the angle of surprise.
