They tried implementing a camera on requirement for one of my jobs and literally nobody except Product did it.

They kept asking us to turn them on, and we all just kept making up excuses why we couldn’t. It was maybe one week before management gave up and reversed the requirement.

I pretend to cough and turn off my camera so I can relax for a minute or two.
