I can highly recommend reading a book produced by US military, it makes it pretty clear that allies played a minor role in the war.

    a few quotes from it

I am grateful to the Soviets for it indeed.
Not the leeches who let Europe be destroyed for their benefit and came in to reap the rewards.
Maybe they do have a point somewhere since they evacuated a lot of those German speakers to US, Canada, Brasil and Argentina…

Let’s be honest, the Soviets were perfectly willing to allow the Nazis to destroy Europe and then reap the rewards. Just ask Poland. Of course, then the Nazis invaded the Soviets and that threw a spanner into the works.

Thank you for the masterclass in how to navigate existence entirely brain-free. Truly, your ability to function without even a hint of cognitive activity is nothing short of revolutionary.

And we should be grateful to the French that we’re not speaking English!

    Wait a second

It’s thanks to the Russians the French aren’t speaking German. It’s thanks to the western allies, that they are not speaking russian. And it’s thanks to the french that America is not part of the commonwealth.
