Anyone can say anything about any of the systems, and it would take a panel of experts to explain why it may or may not be a valid criticism. That is the problem with computer voting in the USA ; it’s inscrutable , the exact opposite of how a democracy should function.
Good luck proving that. Make sure you don’t fall into the same mentality as J6-ers did.
